the deal is basically a hostile takeover by ilera therapeutics that zelda is paying for. i honestly can't believe my eyes. since ann, not one person on this forum has come up with an actual benefit we get from this 'deal'. apart from those who have confused ilera healthcare with ilera therapeutics. we already have access to markets into usa with il healthcare. ann 12/3 'zelda partners with ilera healthcare to access us medicinal cannabis market'. and if we now don't, should have been told. what assets do ilera therapeutics have? what is their valuation? what is their revenue? why give control to ilera therapeutics? we have numerous trials on go, they have one, which seems to be controlled by ethicann. i can't even work out if we'd have the hope product. it's still advertised for sale on ilera healthcare website. we are paying this money for 3 directors who will be nicely reimbursed anyway. this close to trial results. this is fishy as. market responding. shoot me down someone, please. or vote no.
