I've just been watching a few videos of Osagie Imasogie seems to have good solid business and IP skills, some assets already in the US. Bar the poor timing it seems like a positive direction for the company to help its long term success. We are not worth that much in today's value, before results, and hope due diligence was done at a fair price. Business is all about change and we just grew up a little bit bigger.
