We haven’t seen the supply agreement. We don’t know if the price can change, what the penalty clause is for breaking the agreement, if there is a minimum volume of biomass per weekly delivery, minimum CBD levels, minimum quality requirements etc etc.
A supply agreement can take many forms. Futures, Right of first refusal etc.
I presume the processor would have been savvy enough not to have backed themselves into a corner with so much hemp becoming available.
