(btw I think it's a bit outrageous that they can change these things at a moment's notice - imagine if they did that with your house. "Sorry sir, I know that we did an 80% LVR on your house last week but now it's 0% so you owe us several hundred thousand dollars. Or we can sell it for you and make you homeless. Thank you for your continued support.")
