- asx will need to be satisfied reinstatement to trading is appropriate and whether it should be subject to any conditions

- asx retains the discretion to extend the non trading period where it considers there to be good reason to do so

- asx's ongoing engagement remains confidential

So please someone tell me, whats the point of having a 3 year rule?

Are the asx and csd being true/ and open to its clients........i believe not!
