the primary focus is revenue and zeleria will be dropping multiple products next year.
plans to launch insomnia and opiod immediately after trials in place - and that's not looking at the 4 or 5 products ilera has in the bag ready to go.
the operational capacity required to navigate the US market is being massively underplayed by this forum - people have no idea what it logistically takes to set up teams, training and management be it locally or in an overseas market.
the value to be unlocked through this merger is significant
zeleria will become a revenue generating global player with in 12 months - and ilera founders will play a big part in making that happen in the US
like I said - sell your shares I'm buying up.
