Agreed , but the tiger doesn't kill more than it needs to in order to ensure he can go on eating in the future .... and by that i mean Lind still has money owing which they can convert but if the company goes out backwards they'll be lucky to recover much more than pennies on the dollar . ( unless there was a guarantee clause which i doubt )
I also agree management should have foreseen this possibility and should have had a contingency plan in place to counter any manipulation , obviously they either didn't plan or didn't care enough at the time .... but i'll bet they care now we've been belted down to 0.002. Live and learn i guess ......
