Agree with you, I guess being a leader of company if you are really passionate you have to defer these type of salary hikes and work towards getting company profitable, he is not getting peanuts, he is getting better salary than my MD (on 250K) who sold around 10 mil worth of software last year and Alex getting that much for just wearing cowboy hat, this is becoming a greedy ship now, I will not invest a single penny and probably get out as soon as possible
