I make comment not against the Chinese people, whom a majority have probably benefited from the present regime. I have no doubt there are nice cities, impressive infrastructure and a flourishing culture. A lot to be proud of.
The comment is against the government, and its soft-power influence and toxic policies. You say the ends justifies the means, and come view the end product and don't worry about the means.
I say i will not and I'll fight against any occasion those toxic practices are projected outside of the Chinese mainland and i'll support any group who joins issue with those practices.
I wont be blinded to the struggle by bright lights and a modern economy.
