also they dont have chairman, after the last one you would think that they are choosing wisely this time, after all the last one behaved a bit like Ghengis Khan, he raped and pilaged, its testomany to the management that they survived at all.

From where I am sat it has to be possibity that deals are in fact done. Without a chaiman it may not be prudent to announce them. That could be the delay, just thinking out load. I will stick my neck out and say that once one is appointed that will be the big turn.
