    Hi CB,

    It was more in response to "could we take over GFS" and run it ourselves with Gammie as CEO.

    I don't think it would take too much for the present directors to relinquish control, after all, they have a dog and they know it! Particularly if we relieved Nathan of the burden of propping up the company.

    Without our director's line of credit, however - we have nothing of any value.

    Interesting question, let's suppose a group of successful and proven directors and people from the O&G industry said GFS has some leases and potential that were worth pursuing and wanted to do a CR - would you consider it?

    ...and the pigs are fueled up, on the taxiway and ready for take-off!

    Of course, GFS may become a shell company and in a few years and another 'Nathan' may try and resurrect it.

    Like you, I think any further keystrokes regarding this company are a waste of effort - apart from the occasional need to vent about a skewed system that protects everyone except the small shareholder - this is a fine example of how the system doesn't work.
