The thing that shits me is that I just don't believe (but have no way of proving), that full effort was made, to get a drill bit spinning.

The other thing that I don't....let's say...."understand", is what happens to those leases now?
The people who were running our Company and let them slip away, would obviously still have contact with the appropriate authorities over there.

What (if anything) has been said/discussed with them since?
Are the assets really gone?

All questions for me, but sadly no answers.....and never likely to be.


Will be discussing with my accountant to see whether there's some way of claiming the tax loss.



Oh and one other thing. If the mob running our Company really had exhausted all possibilities for ever getting a drill bit to spin, why were they so reluctant to hand over the reigns when the 249D was called?
