Two comments From TAUV stand out.
TAUV in the meantime seeks to engage with Titomic to resolve the issues which arise by reason of this delay.
TAUV for the present will make no further comment upon the collaboration with Titomic.
Sounds like TAUV don't feel they got what they paid for and may be seeking legal advice. There was a further $1.5m expected from TAUV this year that will no longer be coming and I'm keen to see the 4c as to whether we got the full $1.5m for phase 2.
Not good news as a holder as this was the first real contract they had.
Hoping they announce another contract soon and can fulfil that one to the satisfaction of the client. Another fail would be difficult for a major company to look past.
