Stores closing is one issue. Bigger issue is finding new sites and new franchisees. Last financial year they had literally a couple of new suckers that signed up.
It would be interesting to know the maturing profile of current franchisees. Given the mess RFG has been in for the past 2 year, I would think most of the 2500 odd store left will mature in the next 3 years. Going to be mammoth job on top of everything else to get them to resign.
