Was the Confidential Agreement between VMC and DJ Carmichael? Were Mr. Bosio and Mr. Adams representing DJ Carmichael in the agreement, not SPX? Was the involvement of SPX minor, that is, DJ Carmichael, Mr. Bosio and Mr. Adams were involved in the agreement rather than SPX?
If all the answers are Yes, so why SPX would suffer a lot when it was just the buyer? In case they are all guilty, SPX should get the lightest penalty?all these are my guesses....
