It's not major buying. LOL
But it does seems that we are seeing some people taking a position and the SP is off it's lows. From conversations we are close to the DD being completed and I would assume that there would be those wanting to take a position prior to any up coming announcements.
If it follows NSL current movement we could see some upward SP movement. In conversations with the company NSL was getting close to finalizing their "Red Tape" and that CAG was close behind them in working through their "Red Tape". Time will tell...
