I'm not sure what calculations you've done to think that Spectur are going to run out of capital?
Based on the last 4C and news since here are my calculations:
Start of 3rd quarter: $1,303,000
Cash from CR: +$1,500,000 (as per news)
Receipts: +$1,600,000 (my projection based on linear growth in last 8 quarters)
R & D: -$37,000 (SP3 projected in last 4C)
Product: -$333,000 (SP3 projected in last 4C)
Advertising: -$56,000 (SP3 projected in last 4C)
Staff: -$967,000 (SP3 projected in last 4C)
Admin: -$326,000 (SP3 projected in last 4C)
Other: -$68,000 (SP3 projected in last 4C)
End of 3rd quarter: $2,616,000
Now in the recent Webinar Presentation Gerard said they have been ramping up marketing spend on the East Coast. And that the subsequent increase in receipts may take up to 6 months to kick in. So, maybe change the advertising number above from $56,000 to say $156,000 - still leaves you with $2.5m in the bank. Add the salary of the new staff - say an extra $100k in the quarter - still leaves you with $2.4m in the bank at end of Q3.
Looks like "spend" has reduced down to pretty small levels - so starting Q4 with around $2.4m, it doesn't appear to me that they will be short of money any time soon.
I'd be really happy for you to show where these figures are incorrect and why.
