you are missing the point RE oil .....
The USA is not the only user of oil in the world !!!
Have a look at the emerging markets of China and India. Have you not seen their new love affairs for the car and also for production purposes.
What usage america pulls back on will only be picked up by emerging mkts. You are too focused on the US for oil viewpoints.
