the 'new guys' theory is a myth, always has been....


fact is, CDS needs lots and lots of money to develop their project and is probably several years away from producing - a recipe for disaster in this current market - and that's exactly what's happened....


now that CDS is approaching base levels it might become more interesting to the market - but there's little real excitement about such projects at this time so I don't see any hurry to get back in....
