I feel like the vendor will vote in favour of the challenge because if these challenges get up it will destabilise the company, but then this will essentially be cancelled out by ASM's block of shares. Which then leaves about 60% of the company, of which 5% is owned by the requisitioners, to decide. Clearly voting in favour of these resolutions would destabilise the company which is probably why this doesn't have a chance, and isn't very smart, plus the removal of the Lims has been achieved which probably satisfies most. On a side note, it will be interesting to see if there is a bit of a protest vote against the the Chairman and Exec Director, if this forum is any judge, they're not the most popular guys with minority shareholders!
