Had a little chuckle to myself when reading the Notice of the AGM. The board are actually recommending the vote in favour for Resolution 5 which is the appointment of Dr Andrew Kelly.........Attention to detail people!! Hopefully people will follow this recommendation.and not the later note that says they are against it.
