The photo's of mature cannabis plants were from THC R&D site in Bundaberg, where they received a research permit in December 2018 & started growing in Jan 2018.
Maybe there're on a 2nd or 3rd harvest now, CAN has produced 40 harvests. Until you have a manu permit, it's all R&D only.
Although CAN have sold some to Vic Gov for use in children trials, so who knows how the system really works.

Southport needs the manufacturing permit so they can start the oil production.
Along with GMP & TGA certification.
