" Sure specs are improving " ?
The new Leaf has almost twice the range of the original one. That means that has gone from a car that had a very limited to use to a car that is now quite practical for people who live in cities. In many cases it could mean the being able to own one rather than two cars. That is a significant improvement over the older versions.
Much better charging system, the ability to share power with the grid etc.
Tesla now has the Model 3 . A much cheaper option than the Model S.
And now we have evs from Hyundai and Kia. Much improved cars that fit in the small suv catergory.
There are about 4 million evs on the road as compared to a billion ice cars. ICE cars have been getting developed over a century. The ev has been getting developed in less than a decade using the leaf as an example. They've gone from having no supporting infrastructure to quite a bit in that time. Evs now can charge at multiples of rates that they did originally.
Car to put an ev advancement chart up against and ICE one ?
