Well because that is not the only question being asked and also:
The investigation is about company's disclosure, which basically means everything. If the investigation is focused mostly on crypto then ISX would have made an announcement on that already stating that it is the case. I know you want to believe that everything is about crypto so you could think that it was completely ridiculous and then feel better but that would only be deluding yourself.
