I'm not spamming a guilt by association argument. That would be me saying ISX are guilty merely because they used KAB. Instead, I'm saying I had a look into KAB to see what they got in trouble for. And then a few days later the question sheet from the ASX comes out and it's almost exactly the same list of issues the KAB had.

I'm not saying they're the same. I'm merely saying that's one heck of coincidence. It seems there are four areas of ASX/ASIC concern with ISX:

* ML/FI/Transaction legitimacy, particularly regarding cryptos
* Related party, particularly regard Red5
* A loan to Etherstack
* ISX disclosure of other investigator queries

We'll find out at some point if ASIC and the ASX agree with ISX that everything is good to go. Until then, I merely note the striking similarity between KAB's issues as the questions that the ASX asked. That's not guilt by association.

Anyways, I don't think I can be much clearer on that point.
