I am extremely happy with both announcements yesterday.
It is very encouraging that the company now has the financial backing to move forward with these supposed purchase orders.
I think we have all overlooked the significance of the first announcement about the Marshmallow products receiving clearance for UK, European Union, Australia and NZ. Plus the fact they have passed stringent Toys R Us tests that are required in order to launch them across the worldwide Toys R Us network. These sales have not been factored into the estimated turnover of $20m.
Whilst they may not have a major impact this year they certainly will in calendar year 2009.
As you all would I would love to see a sharp increase in the share price and for it to get back to levels at least above 15c. In due course I think this will happen. The management team need to start beating their own drum again to brokers, analysts and the like. Once there is a bit more coverage the days of sub 10 should be gone. Also there were a few more interested parties on here the other day so word of mouth works wonders (an announcement helps also).
I believe according to Rifici there should be an update on how things are progressing soon. He mentioned early this week, now that we have gotten the news on the finance and customs clearance I can only presume that an update would not be too far away. What do you think Rifici?
This isn't going to be a $1 stock overnight nor may it be over a couple of years, but I do believe there is some definite long term value here. Great products, experienced management and opportunities presenting themselves all the time makes for an exciting ride ahead.
I will continue to hold my position and will say once again this thing will eventually ramp up so hold onto your hats.
