Very interesting. I'm old enough to remember when it was required at law that LPG be flared off at the well head or refinery rather than collected for sale to the transport industry. the govt of the day (Fraser's Libs I think) were dragged kicking and screaming into the fray and eventually agreed that this riiculaous waste be stopped - sounds unbelievable, but true nevertheless.
Same will happen with CNG and transport.
Liked those numbers on import savings.
