What you say is correct Galileo, but blue chips tend to have other income streams to fall back on when commissioning new projects, which is where things can and do go wrong. Not so with small co.'s, particularly when trying to commission their first major income stream...hence the heavy sell-down...and it won't abate til things are flowing properly.
If anybody has had a chance to compare the top 20 holders from the last 2 notices, you may see a little of what's going on...maybe!
