What happens after 3 years. Sounds like we stop manufacturing, which I guess means zero revenue?
Sounds like we sold the entire thing but get to manufacture for 3 years. Gives some good upside if sales take off, but I would have liked an ongoing royalty payment.
Guess it is much better than going broke!! Hopefully we can ditch our expensive sales team as well. The $22m could last ages
