I find when at a BBQ or party and I meet new people of all ages, who have an investment property, some have more than one. None are remotely concerned about what the market does. To them it is just a nest egg, many are paid for, those that are not have had them for some time and meet loan commitments easliy. I know that is no national measure and it is only a small group in the big scheme of things, they all still work, get good incomes, they own their own homes, they are no going to just dump stock onto the market no matter what happens. They don't need to. I for one am not concerned about the nay sayers, if they drop in value, I might grab one or two more at the moment prices in my area are still increasing.
