would it be fair to say that the housing boom coincided with the 911 attacks? i remember watching nz real estate on the net before the 911 fraud. a couple of weeks after the attack, 20 odd properties id been watching for months were sold. it began nz's RE boom. it was the same here in oz....and the us id say.
is that also when the stock market began to run? what else boomed in relation to the timing of 911?
