A popular beach area in Victoria is Lakes Entrance. Fantastic coast line coupled with a complex and massive area of Lakes and waterways.

Over the past 20-50 years it has grown dramatically in value but it is still seen as a cheap place to live if you are on the dole or living off some govt support.
