There's no confusion.

As far as we are aware, the Pensador funding is not yet completed and finalised. So we can't just assume that this is where the equity will come from.

And if that is the case, that Pensador will be providing the equity for this investment, why not say that in the announcement?

The uncertainty comes directly from the lack of details in the announcements.

MS only has himself to blame for that.
