acturtle...i think when you are talking about a person or their individual business (i was referring to a small business owner in my comment not a LISTED company, although yes some comments amade about listed companies on here are borderline) you cannot just go and call them 'lightweight' etc etc.
I suppose it struck a raw nerve with me because TL is my broker and has helped me alot even in the two weeks only that ive been his client. I thik i ahve a right to be sensitive.
Anways, slanderous comments like that posted are are reffered to defamation under the law.
But anyway ill leave it at that, spilt milk.
