If we did not fail the permit process would we be doing this?
But we did fail, and have very little money, and very little time......
So are we looking to package an irresistible bundle to on-sell or silent-partner? or are we looking to actually do this as a long term venture?
I am yet to work it all out. Dreams are one thing, but they have to be funded.
