So they are going to raise $3 for a 1000 shares , sorry I can't do the simple mathematics . What is the point of all this . The only interesting thing is that there is 5 billion shares . So if they did a 1000 for one consolidation there would be 5 million shares after it . CLZ is a trailblazer standards wise .Alice in Wonderland comes to mind - this company defies logic - but it shows how ridiculous they can be & still get punters to support them go figure .
