If we could make it super strong and waterproof and sinkable FBR could build from the seabed up using hempcreate bricks made from genifitcally modified seaweed spliced with hemp, this could then be farmed on site and used to build the upcoming seasted nations. The oceans are larger then the world's landmass, after 2050 when fusion power is scaled there will be extreme construction demand.
