    I think u dont have sound reasons to say it is on last leg, on the oppsite site, it has cash and and licenses, and shareholders went through escow selling about 100m shares, so this 40m will be settled in a month if merchant will sell now, but if merchant didnt sell anything, the SP drop mainly came from fears , because they will disclose for any 1% -3m shares sell until drops below 5%, under 15m shares
