For tax purposes, they'll depreciate over 5 years (maybe 7 if specified).
If they bring home all, or most, of the improvements they note, the PFS and BFS are going to be something to behold.
All pressed on them by the flukey Ni price. The faithful will get their fair reward. Not least because the (mining) market is discounting everything but cashflow shoved in their faces. The converse of tech stocks. [ previously noted by PosTrader]
One of the fund managers I trust most, just increased their holding in base metals because they see the prices on offer representing outstanding value.
