freddy really had to see this was a necessity as the proposed second GC loan for working capital has not appeared and cash could be as low as $5 million at 30/9..
Just a thought...... I wonder if this CR is a precondition for GC to approve their loan?
If the second loan by GC is approved that will be a US$90 million exposure for GC, pretty hefty outlay to a company capitalised at about US$185 million. If I was the lender I'd certainly need to see shareholders kick the tin.
Maybe FLC have some big Chinese news ready to announce although, if possible, you would think they would have announced before the CR?
