Correct me if I am wrong though, the properties that it is selling won’t have a material effect on the revenue until the day the contract for sale is signed and by then (as you said) the amount of debt will be lower (due to the funds being used to pay off debt), so proportionally there will essentially be no net change to operating income? You assume the market will take this into account, no?

Sorry if I havent worded it correctly, but I am sure you get what I am trying to say.
