For what it is worth, a couple of things that I took note of......
1. If you look at the 'covered images' of the two models, the exposed wheel segement sindicate a sharing of parts in that regard.
2. Super Soco Italy is staging the presentation and so is obviously going to market soco and emax prodcut.

2 indicators that the relationship between soco and vmoto getting closer.

Like I said in a preious post though, I am quite looking forward to sales spike because the emax model has been several years in the making and will provide a springboard into deepening the existing b2b realtionships and providing the 'start point' for others in the sahre, last mile, fleet businesses.
