The Wandean 2nd hole into the guts of the IP charageability anomaly was stated on 9th September to be planned for commencement in 2 weeks. That puts it at around 23rd September. We are now 3 weeks further on from this planned date. Has this hole started ? And when? Should we read anything into the fact all Directors plan to take up the $30,000 entitlement.... that's quite a bit of dough for most individuals. Interesting.
