Stephen Gerlach has had to cope with CEOs of two of the firms he chairs leaving within a matter of months
Santos, from which John Ellice-Flint left suddenly in March 2008. In late June 2008, Les Wozniczka stood down as CEO of Futuris, also chaired by Gerlach, after it announced an earnings downgrade.
