Didnt at the previous hearing the PTQ essentially say that they are no longer involved in this matter (as they have now been replaced by a new trustee).

So that matter is now in the hands of the new trustee. From what I recall reading the PTQ has no future bearing really in the matter. I took it as being that the new trustee would make the decision whether or not to continue with the proceedings.

By the next hearing date they will know what the opinions of most holders would be and that would largely (if not entirely) provide the direction for the court matter.
