Good point - I was assuming FDA. If not then that part of the argument doesn't apply but I still thing there is merit in the approach. Lots of forums on HC attribute SP movements to "leaky ships" but mostly it isnt that. If people realised how often it is incorrect they might stop proposing it and come up with something closer to reality.
