It has to be admitted that the price of $2 would not have got up by either SoA or by hostile takeover, as there would not have been enough support among shareholders.
The company could have clarified this point. Again, the announcements are always light on detail, always leaving investors guessing, and THEN they complain about people making wild speculation on social media. Well address this point by communicating with shareholders more effectively you bunch of doofuses.
