Justcurious, you are spot on. Both these gentlemen cover the role of company secretary on top of their normal roles and are no doubt sitting idle doing one thing only notwithstanding the onerous duties involved in being a company secretary. Plus it is not unusual for a small company to have this type of back up in place where one person might do the bulk of the work and the other there to fill in when needed. Much larger organisations have a company secretariat in place made up of a team of people. Buddy just seems to lack commercial or corporate knowledge and looks for any opportunity to complain and whinge! He needs to go have a cup of tea and lay down.
