Agree with your sentiments, Ya. If a sidetrack is the order of the day,then I would like to see what is on top of the Warburton.Afterall we have not seen any of the original PRIMARY TARGETS as yet..
The Poolawanna and the Tirrawana have not been encountered..If the Purni does produce, then that becomes a different ballgame altogether..Would be on the deep and consequently costly side for CBM/CSM production.
Would be a shame to have spent upwards of $6mil.
plus and to invest 5/6 weeks of programme time and leave the questions unanswered..The real payday,in this well,is to strike Oil/Gas Condensate, not CBM..CBM would be a bonus, admittedly, but not a company maker..
