A substantial part of the concentrator is to be built in China for starters. Equipment will be built and tested in China before being dismantled and shipped to WA.

And ofcourse the pellet plant that was originally to be built in WA will be built and sited in China at half the cost to build in Oz. That was decided a long while ago though.

Chinese labour will be employed throughout the project development. A lot of development time and cost will be saved.
